COVID PRECAUTIONS

In light of crazy times, we really want this event to be a safe place where we can all engage in the sport we love. So, in keeping with health protocols, our process is as follows:

  1. If you’re sick, don’t come. If you register for the event and find out that you have COVID19, or are unsure, we will fully refund your ticket no questions asked; provided that you let us know no later than 3 days before the event.
  2. Temperature testing. We will be checking everyone’s temperature when you arrive. If you register hot, you won’t be allowed to participate in the event and will need to leave the premises. If you came with friends, that will be awkward, so be sure! Furthermore, there will be no refund for people who show up and are turned back. We’re not trying to be jerks, just careful.
  3. Masks must be worn during the whole event. Start to finish. After all, that’s what ninjas do!
  4. Contact Tracing tablets will be there for you to sign in on. If you don’t want to touch the tablets, just scan the available QR code with your phone and show the staff the finished form.
  5. No spectators this time around. While we would love for you to bring support people, we need to keep the number of people in the room within acceptable limits in accordance with provincial law. Thanks for helping us do that.
  6. For Ontarians only. To our friends from out of Province and out of Country, we are so sorry that we have to limit this event to Ontarians. We look forward to the future when we can all clink axes together again.
  7. Other precautions may come down the pipeline as we get closer to the event. Stay tuned and up to date.

Thanks for your patients in this matter. We really appreciate your understanding. On the bright side, you’re throwing axes in competition, surrounded by an amazing community and delicious Cameron’s Craft beer. Life is good!
